Default Local Antibiotic Resistance Patterns

I recently lectured on UTIs, and the literature talks about choosing a first-line antibiotic based on local resistance patterns. So the next question is: Where do you find this information? I located some of what I needed on the California Department of Public Health Web site - mined down to find data on UTI resistance in Southern California. Other state Public Health Departments may have the same data to help you in practice and treatment decisions. I'd be interested to hear of anyone has another source.
